I drive all the way from Idaho Falls to use this shop. I've been going here for years and they are the best! They are fast and their customer service is unmatched. They communicate the car lingo and scheduling so well, and are just the nicest people around.

Madison Automotive is a fantastic auto shop. The people are great to work with. I have also been impressed time and again with the knowledge and insight of the staff. They do good honest work.

I love this shop. I’ve come here off and on for several years, but today, Brian was incredibly helpful to me, and went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I had a nail in my tire and wasn’t going to have another vehicle to get me around, and Brian took care of it with less than an hour left before they closed. No hassle or question, he just got it done. Great team over here, I’d give them an extra star if I could!

Madison automotive is by far one of the best auto mechanics services I’ve ever used. The owners and staff are very friendly and honest in their work, and their prices are the most fair and reasonable in the area. I’ve been to them multiple times to diagnose my vehicles and do work on them, and they have always been upfront and honest about my vehicle. They are fast reliable hardworking individuals who have been in the same place/situation as us college kids and just try to do everything to help us get back on the road. I’ve never trusted a mechanic shop as much as I do this one, and will continue to go to them for as long as I am up here. I appreciate their great service and love for their profession.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Madison Automotive/Uwrench. I've been going to them since about 2015, first bringing my Lancer and now I bring my Camry. They've fixed everything: blown gasket, cracked drip pans, sensors, changed and fixed tires, oil changes, bent hood latch, etc. - that's just off the top of my head. My brother uses them, when my dad was up here for a year he used them. For as long as I live in Idaho, I will allow only them to work on my vehicles. They're honest, reliable, and really fun to just chat with. They have explained car issues in ways that I understand - and I know nothing about cars. When I have questions, they answer them all. I feel like they're fairly priced but even if they were more expensive, I'd still go to them. You can't put a price tag on an honest, reliable mechanic. They're a group of hardworking guys and they deserve all the success they have <3

Easy to work with and friendly!

Great overall service for the price! I had previously taken my Ford to 2 different dealership mechanics to diagnose the check engine light, and they kept charging me an arm and a leg to tell me it was the ignition coil (it wasn’t). I dropped off my car here and within an hour received a call letting me know it was the wiring leading up to the ignition coil and was surprised at how cheap the fix was. 2 weeks later and the problem is nowhere to be found.

Professional and punctual team of employees. Good communication. Recommend highly.
