We have always been loyal to u wrench and used them for everything and sent all our friends and family their way. but with this last experience we will be looking for another establishment. We called telling them that we thought that we had problems with our shocks and asked if we could get it repaired. We scheduled a date and took in our truck They were careful to tell us after we had already paid that our shock wasn't broken but it was replaced anyway. We were out 500 and they wouldn't come to an agreement with us for anything. I feel like this was very dishonest and we are very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from this business.
Samantha, we’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We always strive to accomplish everything our customers ask of us to the highest standard. In this particular case we were given the impression you only wanted a quote to replace your struts and not to diagnose or inspect them. You told us you had already taken the car to Stones and Oswald’s and both had diagnosed the struts. Making us your third stop and non preferred shop. Hopefully your able to find a solid shop you can rely on so you don’t have to visit so many shops to get the right answer.
